Geocaching is a family friendly, outdoor orientated pass time. It is a modern day treasure hunt, a relatively new sport combining new technology with navigation skills and hiking.
The basic principles of geocaching is "geocaches" are placed in various location around the world by the public. coordinates of these location are published on geocaching sites together with clues in most cases. The object of the sport is to find them and record that you have been there. You can also place your own geocaches as you become more experienced in the sport.
This is a very easy sport to enjoy and leads to many fun family days out. Our courses have been developed to teach people the basics of the sport and equip them with all the knowledge they need to carry on with no further support, although we will always be very happy to respond to e-mails or phone calls where advice is needed.
We are able to run sessions for schools, colleges, sports centres as well as providing private tuition.
